How far is the Pilanesberg from Johannesburg?
About two and a half hours by road, depending on traffic and where you start. We can collect your group in Johannesburg, Pretoria or at the airport.
Is the Pilanesberg malaria-free?
Yes. That is one reason it suits families, schools and international visitors who would rather not take malaria tablets.
How big a group can you take?
Our largest coach seats 65. Bigger groups travel in more than one vehicle, and activities are run in rotations.
Do we need experience for quad biking?
No. Everyone gets an orientation and a helmet before the trail, and rides take about an hour.
Do you travel outside South Africa?
Yes. We run trips into Botswana, Namibia, Eswatini and Zimbabwe for tour groups, schools and teams.
What does it cost?
Every booking is quoted for your group, date and pick-up point. Your quote spells out what is included, such as park conservation fees and meals.
